Recently Meesho announced an 11-day company-wide break from 22nd October to 01st November looking at the current scenario of burnout and Anxiety issues among employees of the company. This is called as ‘Reset and Recharge’ and this initiative would allow employees to maintain their mental health which is of utmost importance.
