I am Manisha, owner of Jivitha Company, an Indian women’s apparel company based in Noida. I have also worked as an HR professional and I have worked with many big and renowned organizations. Since my childhood, it was my dream to establish my own company but it got lost somewhere and I started working 9 to 5. But, a few years back in 2019 I decided to turn my dream into reality and I started following my passion as my profession. I strongly believe that “THE SECRET OF GREAT STYLE IS TO FEEL GOOD IN WHAT YOU WEAR”. That’s why Jivitha also focuses on crafting stylish outfits without ignoring comfort as it is the most important thing in any outfit.
1. Talking about Jivitha, What are the challenges you faced?
Yes, starting a new company is easy but it is very difficult to establish it in the market. As there are already hundreds of companies running and providing the same service you are going to offer.
In the initial days of Jivitha, we also faced many challenges but we never lost hope. One of the most challenging phases was the time when we were not able to fulfill the expectations of women as their demands were unlimited and we were not able to provide multiple varieties to them. It was the most disappointing phase in our business.
2. Why did you decide to start your own business?
As I earlier told you, I was working as an HR professional in a good company. Everything was fantastic there, a good salary and circle. Although I was also happy with my job, there was still something incomplete. There was a lack of satisfaction there. Since my childhood, I had always desired to do something of my own. And I was also interested in fashion so I decided to establish Jivitha “one-stop solution for Indian ethnic clothing”. We established it with the purpose in mind to give a unique elegant style to the Kurtis that every girl would like to wear.
3. Who is your inspiration?
My parents were constant supporters and Inspiration. They always wanted me to do something different. Only because of their belief and my hard work I am here with you. They always suggested that I follow my own dreams instead of following what others are doing. Because of my parent’s support and my dedication, I got the courage to follow my dreams and as a result, I established Jivitha. I am really thankful to my parents and family members for supporting me in my ups and downs and giving me to overcome the battles of my life.
4. What are the Goals and Missions of Jivitha?
Jivitha is focused to provide the best of its products not only to metropolitan cities but also to small-town girls who are looking for budget-friendly yet stylish products. Whether you want to shop for classy dresses or simple dresses, Jivitha is the perfect destination for all classes of women. We want to make fashion reach even to the rural section of India and make them aware of the simple yet stylish outfits.
5. What is the success mantra you have followed till now for Jivitha?
I think consistency, dedication, and devotion are the three mantras of success whether it be in personal or professional life. I have also followed the same. Everyone who wants to get success in their life no matter in which field they want to succeed should implement these three mantras. You are consistently dedicated towards any work it will definitely get completed one day. I have also followed this success mantra in my entire life.

6. Tell me about your proudest achievement?
No, I have not received any proudest achievement yet. But I am proud of myself for believing in my abilities and working day and night for achieving my goals. It disappoints anyone when your service and product quality is top still you are not getting the deserved attention. I always took it as an opportunity to improve myself. As we are into the early stage of business, the proudest achievement is yet to be achieved.
7. Where do you see your business in five years from now?
I am really happy and grateful as our business is developing and we are able to build our own brand. I want to continue the same development and growth. I see my business 5 years from now as a well-established and reputed Indian women’s apparel company. In the future, we are also planning to bring our service offline. It is just our planning but we can assure our customers that we will never compromise the quality of our service at any cost.
