1. Introduce yourself in few words
I am the CEO of a startup called Design and Construct based out of Bengaluru with offices in Hyderabad and Mysuru. I finished my schooling in Delhi, B.E(Computers) from Bengaluru, and MBA from Delhi. Then I went on to do my Executive MBA from IIM-K. I believe that there are no shortcuts to success. According to me, punctuality is one of the keys to a successful entrepreneur. I love to watch movies and play cricket.
2. What is your future goal for the year 2022?
Professionally my goal for 2022 is to set up offices in 15 cities in India and at least 3 cities outside India with employee strength close to 500. Personally, I would love to part educate at least 50 children from my personal funds.
3. When was your company founded and who are the founders?
The idea of this company was conceptualized in August 2020 but the company was incorporated in Jan 2021. Along with me, there are 3 more founders – Neha Kukreja, Syed Suhebulla & M S Krishna Varun.
4. What is the source of funding for your organization?
We are not looking for outside funding as of now, because we are cost–positive as a business. I put in the initial investment to incorporate and start this business.
5. What is your life mantra?
My life mantra is simple- dream big and make your dreams a reality with hard work. Healthy growth is one that comes with dignity, respect, and happiness.
6. What advice (suggestions) would you offer to other entrepreneurs who are just getting started?
I would like to give one basic piece of advice –be patient and work diligently with ethics, growth will follow you.
7. How Is Your Business Model Beneficial From A Value Addition Perspective To The Clients Compared To Other Companies’ Models?
We promise our clients transparency in all transactions, on-time delivery, and better quality. These make us different from other companies.
8. How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
Over the next two years – I see this company as the best proptech company offering end-to-end solutions for construction in India with the number of employees getting 20 fold. We are confident of achieving this by adhering to our commitment of delivering quality work on time to our customers.

Construction, Renovation, Interiors, and floor additions.

Leadership, according to me, is the ability to inspire a team to achieve goals that have been set.

Our PropTech start-up – Design and Construct is of its kind start-up which has an in-house team of architects, planners, project managers, and quality engineers working together to fulfill the dream of a common man-dream house. Design and Construct is a one-stop solution for the design and construction of residences.
Design and Construct is in fact the first tech-enabled construction company, where most of the work is done with the help of technology. Starting from soil testing, construction techniques, tracking of the project to handover, everything is done with the help of technology. Design and Construct is trying to revolutionize the Prop Tech industry with the latest technology being used with organizing this unorganized sector.
