Former Indian cricketer, entrepreneur, and investor Yuvraj Singh has invested an undisclosed amount in nutrients startup Wellversed. The funding was made through Singh’s VC firm – YouWeCan Ventures.“During my struggle with cancer, I realised the significance of keeping a great nutrition regime for our basic health and wellness.

Wellversed is redefining the manner nutrients and meals products are crafted. It isn’t simply some other nutrition brand to me, it’s a technological innovation that paves the way for an essential change in the whole nutrition ecosystem,” stated Yuvraj Singh, Founder, YWC Ventures in a statement.

Singh founded YWC Ventures in 2015 and since then has invested in numerous startups like Healthians, EazyDiner, and the likes of salon chain Naturals.

So far, the business enterprise has raised money from a grab of perspective and non-banking financial investors, along with Tejinderpal Miglani, cofounder of Indiabulls, Alok Mittal, cofounder of non-banking economic company Indifi Technologies, and Rohit Chanana, founder of Sarcha Advisors.“We have deliberate next rounds and could go for Series around, worth $5-6 million, in some months,” Khurma instructed ET.He added, “As of now, we’re transporting around 50,000 SKUs per month.

During the lockdown, we suffered because of the supply chain issues, however now we’ve conquered it and already doubled the commercial enterprise from pre-Covid times. In the subsequent 18-24 months, we’re focused on 10X growth.
